About 11% of American children have some form of ADD or ADHD along with 4% of American adults. Of these millions of people, 6.1% use some sort of medication to deal with the symptoms. One such medication is called Dexedrine. Dexedrine has other uses and benefits alongside treating ADHD. Keep reading to learn 5 facts about Dexedrine, and how it can be used to reach your fitness goals. 1. Dexedrine Is Commonly Used to Treat ADHD Dexedrine (and its generic Dextroamphetamine) is used to treat Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). It works by stimulating the brain and improves your ability to: Focus Control behavior issues/problems Reduce impulsivity Improve attentiveness This can help both children and adults diagnosed with ADHD. 2. Dexedrine Is a Stimulant As we mentioned in the previous section, Dexedrine works as a stimulant in the brain. This means that alongside the benefits for those with ADHD, it also works just like any other stimulant would: it can give you more energy and help you stay awake. How is this a benefit? Well, many use it to treat narcolepsy (a disorder characterized by sudden episodes of falling asleep during the day). It can also be used to help your fitness and workouts. Instead of taking pre-workout or drinking a cup of coffee, this stimulant can give you energy and improve your workouts. 3. Dexedrine and Weight Loss One way Dexedrine can help with weight loss we already talked about: it works as a stimulant to help you bust out more intense and frequent workouts. However, it also can act as an appetite suppressant. This will help you avoid overeating and keep you fuller while eating fewer calories. 4. Dexedrine for Depression Fitness isn't all about your physical body: your mental health has a huge impact on your well-being and your physical health as well. There is evidence that using psychostimulants like Dexedrine can help treat depression alongside therapy, exercise, and other depression treatments. 5. Can Be Addictive A downside you need to be aware of before using Dexedrine is that it can be addictive and habit forming. If you have had substance abuse problems or addiction issues in the past, you might want to avoid using Dexedrine. Its addictive nature also means that you will likely go through withdrawal if and when you stop taking it. Withdrawal symptoms can include: Cravings Depression Fatigue Agitation and irritability Excessive hunger Aggression It's also important to remember that once you stop taking this medication, you won't be getting the energy boost or the appetite suppression anymore. So if you don't combine this drug with a healthy diet and a proper exercise routine, you likely won't see long-term fitness results. Final Thoughts Dexedrine has benefits that can help you reach fitness goals as well as treat ADHD. However, don't forget that this is a drug with side effects and an addictive quality. Low testosterone is no joke. It can result in sexual dysfunction, increased fatigue, decreased strength, body swelling, and sleep disturbances, amongst a whole host of other negative effects. There's no way to sustain your peak level of testosterone forever. Aging makes sure of that for all of us. However, there are ways you can keep your testosterone from bottoming out. Many people don't know that diet is a key factor in the production, or lack of production, of testosterone. There are many foods that are deadly to your testosterone, and you should know about them so you can avoid them as you craft your meal plan. What follows are 10 of these testosterone killing foods. Join us as we dive deep into dangerous waters before we surface with knowledge that will keep your testosterone levels healthy. Be Mindful With These 10 Testosterone Killing Foods There's a spectrum of testosterone annihilation. Not all of these foods are deadly in proper amounts, but you should be careful when ingesting all of them. Watch your intake, and if you're at risk for low testosterone, make sure you consult with your doctor or nutritionist when incorporating them into your diet. Take notes. 1. Too Much Protein "No way!" you say. "Too much protein lowers testosterone? It can't be!" We know it seems counterintuitive. Culturally, we're programmed to correlate protein with muscle building and muscles with masculinity, strength, and all of the other connotations of high testosterone. This suggestion is definitely a controversial one. There are people much smarter than we are who interpret the data in sometimes conflicting ways. But we've seen the correlation too much to ignore it. Some studies have shown a correlation between lower production of testosterone and higher levels of protein in the diet. There may not be evidence to suggest that the protein is the cause of that low level of testosterone, but the correlation is noteworthy. The takeaway? Make sure you're eating the right amounts and kinds of protein in your diet so that your food can work with your testosterone rather than against it. 2. Flax Seeds We'll admit it's bold to put flax products this high on our list. There are definitely testosterone killing foods lower on the list with much greater effects. But flax seeds are a superfood of the moment, and it's important to be cautious when it comes to any dietary fads. The plus side most flax seed fans tout is the high amount of omega-3s they contain. Which is true, they are high in omega-3s, but so are plenty of other foods. The downside of flax is most everything else about it. The food is estrogenic, so much that doctors use it to combat testosterone in female patients with excess body hair. If you need an estrogen boost, go for flax seeds. If you want to keep your testosterone intact, steer clear. 3. Alcohol This is the big one, the mother of all suggestions. Reduce your alcohol consumption. You've seen this tip on all sorts of food and beverage guides. While alcohol may create good times in the short term, there's no getting around the fact that it is a poison to our bodies. That includes killing our testosterone levels. One scientific study showed that when rats consumed a diet with 5% of its calories coming from alcohol, their testicles shrunk by 50%. In human terms, that's half a beer a day. The way alcohol reduces your testosterone is through the addition of stress to your system. We all know stress is a destroyer of health, and the added stress limits your body's ability to produce testosterone. Especially damaging are the hops in beer, which can keep the liver from removing excess estrogen and phytoestrogens. Not only does alcohol take a toll on your body's testosterone levels over the long haul, it can also impact your libido before sex, as many men know. 4. Mint If we're talking about reducing stress, eliminating mint feels like the wrong way to go. While a nice peppermint tea is soothing, there might be other tea options you should seek out if you're looking to keep your testosterone up. A 2004 study showed that one cup of peppermint tea could lower testosterone levels by 23%, and a cup of spearmint tea could do even more damage, lowering levels by 51%. While the damage these drinks do to your system isn't permanent, it can be sustainably harmful if you keep your mint tea habit up on a daily basis. 5. Soda, Especially Diet Soda So continues the beverage portion of our list. We don't need to tell you soda isn't good for you, even and especially diet soda. When it comes to your testosterone, regular soda can decrease it by encouraging the kind of weight gain that is so frequently associated with lower testosterone levels. Diet soda is a particularly bad fit for those at risk for low testosterone. That's because the artificial sweeteners affect your serotonin levels. Not only does serotonin positively correlate with your sense of happiness and well-being, but low serotonin correlates with lower libido. On top of all that, the plastic bottles soda are often made with phthalates, which can have estrogen-like properties. All the thumbs down on soda. 6. Marijuana We'll admit this one is a bummer. There are plenty of links between cannabis and sex that it's frustrating to hear marijuana may have negative effects on one of the main sex hormones. But it's true, marijuana can decrease testosterone for up to 24 hours after you use it. Since we mentioned the sugar in soda leading to weight gain, we'd be remiss if we didn't mention edibles here. Gummies, cookies, and brownies are all sugar-rich foods, and if that's how you consume your marijuana, your testosterone is doubly at risk. You'll note we mention marijuana here, the kind with active THC, and not every aspect of the plant. As far as we know, your CBD oil and hemp protein powder are still safe. 7. Chocolate Does it seem like we're just coming after everyone's favorite foods? We promise that's not our aim. It's not that chocolate is entirely bad for you. It's just this one area of your health that can suffer if you eat too much of it. As we mentioned before, some of these foods in moderation won't completely destroy your testosterone. Many people think chocolate, especially dark chocolate, is an aphrodisiac, but consuming chocolate in more than moderate quantities can suppress testosterone levels. You don't have to curtail your chocolate nibbling entirely. Just eat it wisely and sparingly. 8. Licorice Many people hate licorice, so foregoing this candy might be a lot easier than giving up chocolate. However, licorice's lovers are a fervent bunch, so it bears relaying the message that this is another sugary food that can kill testosterone completely separate from its sugar content. The ingredient in licorice that attacks testosterone is glycyrrhizic acid, which is what gives licorice its distinct flavor. Glycyrrhizic acid is powerful in its ability to block testosterone production in the Leydig cells. A study in the New England Journal of Medicine showed drastic reductions in testosterone in men who consumed licorice. Their subjects' testosterone dropped by around 50% in just a few days. And this wasn't some sort of concentrated licorice extract made specifically for the study. These subjects were eating store-bought licorice. So watch out because the testosterone poison is hiding in plain sight. 9. Soy It may be a large part of many vegan bodybuilders' diets, but soy can wreak havoc on testosterone. There are all sorts of compounds within it that can have this effect. Some of these compounds are called isoflavones, which exert estrogenic effects on your body. Others are called goitrogens. These negatively impact the thyroid and your metabolism. Since a low-functioning thyroid is one cause of low testosterone in men, you can see how consuming soy milk or edamame can correspond to the dysfunction of low testosterone. There are also compounds call anti-androgens in soy. These compounds work even more directly to suppress testosterone. It's easy enough to avoid soy supplements and choose a cleaner, more testosterone-friendly protein, but there are sneaky ways for soy to appear in your diet, like the aforementioned edamame. Maybe stick to miso soup when it comes to Japanese/Chinese appetizers. The poison cherry on the top of the soy sundae is the level of processing that accompanies soybeans in the United States. Any foods that are too heavily processed will wear down your testosterone significantly. That brings us to our last food item on the list. 10. Donuts, Nachos, French Fries We realize this is three foods, but we're actually using this category to cover for a whole lot more foods, including fast food and pretty much anything that is deep fried. These foods have a multi-pronged, cumulative effect on testosterone production. Let's count the ways they kill it. Vegetable Oils Many of these foods come fried in vegetable oils, which are testosterone killers of the highest order. These oils decrease thyroid function, which we've already talked about, and they also lower testosterone directly. Plus, one of the main vegetable oils is soybean oil, and we've already talked about the damage soy can cause. Vegetable oils are so damaging because they are polyunsaturated fats. This means they are easily broken and denatured with light, heat, and oxygen. When these elements denature the fat in vegetable oil, the oil becomes toxic to the body from a nutritional standpoint. Saturated and monounsaturated fats can actually boost your testosterone, but when the fat you're getting is polyunsaturated, your testosterone is at risk. These unhealthy fats are also going to increase your cholesterol levels over time, and that can do damage to your testosterone in and of itself. Processing These fun foods also suffer from the processing concerns of soy. Many of them are made with low-quality ingredients, and the animals that become burgers especially come injected with all sorts of antibiotics and growth hormones over the course of their lives. None of these additional "ingredients" are going to benefit your testosterone. Weight Gain We could go on about the testosterone killing effects of some of our favorite foods forever, but we'll end our discussion of them by once again referring to weight gain. If there is something you need to cut out of your diet to lose weight, you're always going to start with these foods. As tasty as they are, french fries and donuts will cause weight gain if not eaten extremely sparingly. In fact, it's almost because they are so tasty that they come with such a large warning. Preserve the Power of Your Supplements By Avoiding These Foods As you can see, our grocery stores and restaurants are full of testosterone killing foods, from fun ones like french fries and chocolate to the easier to avoid like licorice and flax seeds. Hopefully, you come away from this guide with an idea of the foods you should avoid when you want to keep your testosterone high or build it up from low levels if you've tested low for testosterone in the past. There are a lot of highly desirable foods on this list, but as long as you're smart with your consumption of them, you should be able to mitigate any testosterone-killing effects. Our suggestions apply as well for women as they do for men. After all, women need testosterone too. If you want even more solutions for women, check out our female-friendly supplements.
Did you know that you can use some medications for a multitude of issues? Pharmaceutical companies typically target one group of users for marketing reasons and/or because they can legally only market the drug for the ailments the FDA approves it for. However, active mechanisms usually affect multiple bodily functions. People often think of Cialis for its indicated use as a drug to treat erectile dysfunction. But Cialis uses do not end there. There are many off the shelf uses for Cialis that may surprise you. Alternative Cialis Uses Cialis offers many medical benefits not listed on the package. Read on to learn 11 alternative uses for Cialis that you didn't know. 1. Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia Considering the function that Cialis typically helps with, it is not too surprising that doctors found they can use Cialis for prostate issues. More specifically, the drug can treat benign prostatic hyperplasia. This condition typically occurs in men over the age of 50, causing the prostate to enlarge which creates problems with urination. Cialis works to reduce the size of the prostate by relaxing vascular supply in both the bladder and prostate. Essentially, this means that blood flows through more easily, creating less of a pressure buildup in the area. Less pressure means less swelling. 2. Inflammation Cialis reduces the c-reactive protein measure in the bloodstream by preventing cytokine storms created by our bodies immune system. The little proteins, cytokines, get sent out by our immune cells to protect our body, creating an inflammatory response. Sometimes, our bodies overreact a little, creating a storm and painful inflammation. By preventing the flow of the proteins through the blood, Cialis stops the body from signaling an inflammatory response. 3. Bodybuilding One of the other uses for Cialis includes boosting workouts and improving bodybuilding results. Let's look at the two biggest mechanisms of the drug that does this. First, as a vasodilator, the drug increases blood flow throughout the entire body. This improves the functionality of the body and therefore workout performance by carrying ample amounts of oxygen and nutrients to the muscles and organs. Second, liquid Cialis increases Nitric Oxide in the body. Experts believe this encourages greater muscle growth because Nitris Oxide regulates hepatocyte growth factor. Hepatocyte growth factor serves as a mitogen that stimulates the growth of many types of cells, so it is thought to stimulate muscle growth. 4. Altitude Sickness Researchers found that tadalafil, the active component in Cialis, can decrease the symptoms of altitude sickness including, shortness of breath, nausea, fatigue, and headache. This makes perfect sense, as these symptoms come from the fact that altitudes over 8,000 feet do not provide us with enough oxygen for our bodies to function normally. Cialis improves circulation. This means that our red blood cells carry more oxygen throughout our bodies to our cells. Basically, Cialis allows a person at an extreme altitude to utilize more of the available oxygen and therefore reduces the symptoms caused by oxygen depletion in the body. 5. Hypertension Fun fact: originally researchers developed Cialis (tadalafil) to treat high blood pressure. Tadalafil targets PDE5, inhibiting its activity. PDE5 breaks down cyclic guanosine monophosphate, which works in the body to keep the blood vessels open and relaxed. Because PDE5 breaks down the vasodilator, the blood vessels constrict, causing an increase in blood pressure. When Cialis inhibits the PDE5, it allows the levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate to rise back up to normal levels, relaxing the blood vessels once again. This brings blood pressure back down. 6. Heart Disease and Stroke As stated earlier, Cialis stops cytokine storms. Those little proteins can build up as plaque in the arteries. It also increases circulation, which further prevents a harmful buildup. A buildup of plaque can lead to arteriosclerosis, heart attack, or stroke. 7. Depression During a Cialis research study using rats to observe the effect of maternal separation on the hippocampus and apoptosis, researchers learned that Cialis decreased the amount of time the rat pups showed adverse effects. They concluded that tadalafil, the active drug in Cialis, could potentially work as an antidepressant. 8. Memory Loss In the same study mentioned above, researchers found that Cialis improves memory and improves the symptoms of ameliorated memory impairment. One possible reason for this could stem from the finding that Cialis decreases the occurrence of apoptosis in the hippocampus, a part of the brain associated with memory. In simpler terms, this means that the drug reduces the programmed death of cells in that region of the brain. Slowing cell death in that part of the brain means improving memory, adding to the list of Cialis benefits. 9. Testosterone Deficiency Syndrome Testosterone, the major male sex hormone, helps men build muscle, grow body hair, and speak with deep voices. As men age, their testosterone levels tend to decrease. This can result in: decreased sex drive erectile dysfunction fatigue irritability depression Cialis helps this by improving the estrogen-testosterone ratio in the body by up to 30%. The drug decreases estrogen production while raising the amount of testosterone. 10. Becker Muscular Dystrophy Becker muscular dystrophy is a degenerative muscle disease that affects voluntary muscles and sometimes the muscles of the heart. This results in pain, disability, and even death when the heart muscles break down. Research on the disease reveals that increasing blood flow to the muscles can play a major role in stopping r possibly even reversing the muscle degeneration. Since Cialis improves circulation, it makes this drug a fantastic candidate in the treatment for this disease. 11. Low Libido in Women Cialis does not work exclusively for men! Women who suffer from low libido can take this medication to amp up their sack session as well. Just as men need ample blood flow to the genital region in order to achieve an erection, women need an increased supply for sensation and the ability to orgasm. After menopause, the hormone changes tend to significantly decrease a woman's drive as they receive less blood flow to the region. You can fix that with a "his and hers" pillbox of Cialis next to the nightstand. Is Cialis Right For You? Today you earned that Cialis can work as a wonder drug of sorts, benefiting both men and women. The number of Cialis uses seems to increase as research continues. If you suffer from one of the ailments mentioned above, ask your doctor if Cialis could safely help you. To find the best supplements on the market, explore our website!
Maintaining a healthy sex life is something that every person dreams about. Not only is good for the soul, but it also helps against things like stress and depression as well. Sometimes keeping things in running order isn't as easy as getting into the right mood. Sometimes we all need a little extra help in getting the right mindset going to keep ourselves happy in our relationships. This is as true for women as it is for men. This is where Viagra for women comes to play. It gives women the chance to jumpstart their libido in much the same way as it does for men. If you're uncertain, keep reading to learn more of how this supplement helps in a number of different ways. An Overview of Viagra for Women We've all seen those familiar commercials telling the world how good Viagra can be for men. But despite the male-heavy twist in those commercials, women use these kinds of medications as well. Although Viagra is not approved for use by women in an official sense, many women still seek out its help. Problems with sexual arousal in women stem from a wide variety of different origins. It can be anything from a physical injury, a traumatic event, or from high amounts of stress. Female sexual interest/arousal disorder (abbreviated as FSIAD) is a real thing that affects many women every single day. It's a problem that a change of diet or a day at the spa can't always fix. Seeking out help in the form of medication isn't something to feel ashamed about. How It Works The main component of female Viagra is flibanserin. This compound was first created to treat depression but is now used to treat the symptoms of FSIAD. Once in the system, flibanserin aids in a faster blood flow, helping the erogenous areas of your body become more sensitive to stimulation. At the same time, it raises the dopamine levels, assisting in the connections firing in your brain and also enhancing sexual desire. The effect of this varies from one woman to another. As with most medications, there is no true cure-all for every single person with the same problem. But if one type of female Viagra doesn't work, there are other types on the market that may do the job instead. The Benefits Increased Sexual Arousal and Satisfaction The main benefit of taking Viagra as a woman is to give yourself a boost in sexual arousal and overall satisfaction. You'll go into your bedroom far more interested and come out feeling happier rather than frustrated. This treatment is more effective towards women with a physical ailment rather than those affected by mental issues. Enhanced Sexual Performance Not only does female Viagra give you back that desire for sexual interaction, but it also helps your body perform. Levels of lubrication and sensitivity will be higher than you would be able to achieve on your own, aiding in your overall satisfaction. As a medical problem that affects at least 10% of all women, it's important to find something that lets you feel comfortable at all times. Menstrual Pain Reduction The way Viagra helps with the flow of blood in your body makes this medication a potential treatment during menstruation. Its unique properties aid against the pain from cramps and headaches. Your periods become easier to handle with the help of Viagra. It's not a true substitute for other medications specific for menstruation problems, but it still gives relief. Potential Increased Fertility Although research for this property isn't complete as of this writing, it is something still worth mentioning. At this moment, scientists are in the middle of different tests to find out whether or not Viagra medications help in the fertility of women. The strong sexual performance and the aided blood flow might make Viagra a great asset for female fertility. It's too early to tell at the moment, but it's something to keep in mind if you are seeking extra help in conceiving a child. Common Side-Effects It's not an uncommon thing for a kind of medication to have side-effects, and Viagra is no different. When deciding if this is the right medicine for your particular situation, keep in mind these side-effects: Slight dizziness Constant dry mouth Trouble falling asleep Waking up throughout the night Irregular blood pressure Nausea Fainting If these side-effects are severe, you should contact your doctor as soon as possible. Stop taking Viagra until you've sought out medical advice. Who Should Take Female Viagra? Anyone wishing to enhance their sexual interactions may find that Viagra is the right choice for their situation. In general, women will find the physical properties of Viagra to be more beneficial. Women with FSIAD stemming from mental illnesses may find that Viagra will not do much for them at all. If you drink alcohol on a regular basis or suffer from liver problems, you should steer clear of Viagra. Grapefruit juice is also something you should stay away from on Viagra. With all medication, it's a good idea to get in touch with your doctor before making a big change in your day-to-day lifestyle. Certain medications and dietary supplements give a bad reaction when mixed with Viagra. Telling your doctor about your intentions ahead of time will keep you safe from these problems. A Healthy Mind Does Wonders As you can see, Viagra for women is a real option for FSIAD. It brings aid to a problem that is difficult to fix. If you suffer from FSIAD, it may be a good idea to get in touch with a doctor to feel out other options. A lot of the time, FSIAD starts because of other factors in your life that might affect you in ways you don't even understand. With the right kind of help and Viagra to boost your senses, you'll be feeling more attuned in the bedroom in no time! A healthy body is as important as a healthy mind, so don't forget to check out our weight loss meal plans!
If you're sitting in a room with seven other women, chances are one of you will develop breast cancer at some point in your life. Although breast cancer is frightening, medicine has come a very long way. There are now new drugs and techniques that have been proven to minimize the chances of this cancer. Anastrozole is one of them, and it is highly favored by physicians. If you have recently been prescribed this medicine, there are a few things to keep in mind in regards to Anastrozole side effects. Keep reading to learn more about this drug, the likelihood of side effects and the effects themselves. What Is Anastrozole? Anastrozole is prescribed to stop or slow breast cancer. Recent studies have found the drug is highly efficient at preventing breast cancer in high-risk women. For women who have recently battled breast cancer, it also reduces the disease's recurrence rate. Yet Anastrozole (also labeled Arimidex) has largely become favored by doctors for another reason: those taking it suffer from fewer side effects. In fact, most women experience side effects that are highly manageable. But that doesn't mean the medicine is side-effect free. 5 Anastrozole Side Effects Patients Should Know Every individual experiences the effects of Anastrozole differently, but many users have found they prefer it to other medicines. Always speak to your doctor to find out if Anastrozole is right for you or to report any side effects. 1. Bone Loss Because Anastrozole inhibits estrogen, it also encourages bone loss. In a 2009 study, participants experienced 6 to 7% bone loss. However, scientist note that this bone loss did not lead to osteoporosis and that it appears to be both manageable and reversible. 2. Vaginal Dryness A common side effect of this medicine is vaginal dryness, which may encourage a low libido. If left untreated, dryness can also lead to cystitis and vaginitis. Again, this side effect is manageable. Moisturizers and lubricants oftentimes alleviate this issue. 3. Joint Pain While taking Anastrozole, you may notice joint pain. Joint pain is a common complaint from those taking Arimidex and doctors are researching to find solutions. Studies have found that large amounts of vitamin D and exercise may reduce the severity of symptoms. 4. Hot Flashes Yes, it's one of females' worst nemesis: hot flashes. Researchers aren't positive what causes these occurrences, but they believe it is due to the lack of estrogen, which decreases the body's temperature. Unfortunately, there is no known way to discourage hot flashes. But here are a few pointers: Keep the house cool Wear layers Keep a hand fan in your purse 5. Increased Cholesterol Finally, this medicine may increase your cholesterol levels. This side effect is relatively common in breast cancer treatments. Keep in mind it's not only the bad cholesterol that increases due to the medication; good cholesterol also increases and triglycerides (fat in the blood) decrease. To avoid any unwanted problems, exercise and eat healthily. A Healthier You Understanding Anastrozole side effects is your first step to beating cancer. Although the effects may be discouraging, keep in mind that many women don't experience negative consequences of taking the medicine. For those that do, there are methods to minimize discomfort. If you're ready to use a medicine that works, check out our low prices. Cancer is frightening, but battling it doesn't have to be.
Does it feel like you've already tried everything to lose weight? Are you having trouble getting results in the gym, even though it feels like you're always there? It's time to take your weight loss efforts up a notch and try Dexedrine. This simple yet effective supplement will transform how you lose weight. It can be used on its own or in conjunction with other supplements like protein and pre-workout formulas. But the results are unique from anything else on the market. Here are five Dexedrine weight loss benefits that you need to know about. 1. Appetite Control The main argument to use Dexedrine for weight loss is that it reduces hunger. This isn't to say that you'll end up eating less than you should, although it can be the tool you need to finally stop overeating. Using Dexedrine won't kill your appetite completely. You'll still enjoy your daily meals, but you'll be able to do so without worrying about binge eating habits hindering your hard work. 2. A Better Understanding of Hunger Speaking of binge eating, take a second to think about your relationship with food. Are you someone who eats not just when they're hungry, but also when they're sad? Or maybe you eat food "just because" - like when it's right in front of you in the break room or at a restaurant? These seemingly small indulgences add up; they take you way off track from achieving your weight loss goals. Dexedrine can help you understand when you're actually hungry versus emotionally hungry. Learning this difference alone can do wonders for your well-being in the long run. 3. More Discipline in Your Overall Fitness Efforts Don't be surprised if you feel motivated to work harder once you start using Dexedrine. The initial results you see in the mirror and on the scale will push you to try even harder in the gym as well as in the kitchen. Before you know it, you create a cycle of good health in all aspects of your life. 4. Guidance in the Right Direction This is the real beauty of using Dexedrine -- it's not meant to be a quick fix for you to lose weight and then turn around and put the pounds back on. Think of it as a tool that helps you see what it's like to reach your fitness goals. It gets you started in the right direction, then fuels you to be more responsible about your fitness. 5. Long-Term Results The best way to think about the benefits of Dexedrine is to think long-term. Don't get so focused on losing a lot of weight right now that you forget about what comes after. Once you reach the desired weight, the goal then becomes to maintain your good health. Before you know it, you're three or five years down the line and still enjoying a happy, active life. This is all possible thanks to the help of Dexedrine. It's not a supplement to rely on forever, but it could very well be what your fitness routine is missing right now. Arimidex, another name for the drug Anastrozole, is a drug supplement commonly used by bodybuilders. Many people assume these types of supplements are steroids, but Arimidex is a non-steroidal drug that can have huge impacts on bodybuilding. Maybe you've been thinking about using Arimidex for bodybuilding, or maybe you're just hearing about it now. Either way, keep reading. We're going to go over the top 5 facts about using Arimidex for bodybuilding in this article. 1. Arimidex Inhibits Estrogen Synthesis Arimidex is a class of drug called a nonsteroidal aromatase inhibiting drug. What this means is that it helps to decrease the amount of estrogen in your bloodstream without affecting other hormones in your body. 2. Arimidex Lessens Negative Steroid Symptoms When bodybuilders take steroids in order to build muscle and improve athletic performance, there are certain negative side effects that they can experience. Some of the most common side effects of steroid use are caused by an increase in estrogen levels in the blood. These side effects can include: Male breast growth Higher pitched voice Water retention Lowered libido Penis and testicle shrinkage Increase in blood pressure Taking Arimidex alongside steroids can limit, or even prevent, these negative side effects from occurring. You'll get the benefits of steroids without the some of the most common (and negative) consequences. 3. There Are No Side Effects One of the best things about taking Arimidex is that there aren't side effects to taking it with steroids. In fact, they actually work to lessen any adverse side effects that you would normally experience taking steroids. While there are side effects for women who take it to battle breast cancer, bodybuilders who take the proper dose during a cycle of steroids are not likely to experience those side effects. 4. It's Legal You can obtain this drug legally without a prescription, so you don't have to worry about having it in your possession to aid in your bodybuilding goals. 5. A Word of Caution While there aren't any side effects that you're at a huge risk for when taking this drug, we want to mention one thing you need to be aware of: taking too much of this drug can cause your estrogen levels to drop too low. You might think the lower the estrogen the better, but that's not the case. Both men and women need estrogen for proper bodily functions. Taking too much Arimidex can result in: Depression Fatigue Erectile dysfunction Keep this in mind as you use Arimidex for bodybuilding. It can help waylay any negative side effects, but it can also result in some negative if you're not careful. Arimidex for Bodybuilding: Wrapping Up Using an Arimidex bodybuilding supplement alongside a cycle of steroids can help prevent negative estrogen-caused side effects. Most men don't want to grow breasts or have their voice a pitch higher, so taking steps to prevent these things is made easy with Arimidex. If you have any other questions about the effects of steroids, read our articles on steroid use.
You've always been interested in finding workout supplements that can take your time in the gym to the next level -- and seriously increase your gains in the process. But as a female bodybuilder, you also know just how tough it can sometimes be to find products that work for you. You've heard all about clenbuterol, but you're not sure what the ideal clenbuterol dosage for women is. In fact, you're not entirely sure if it's safe for women to take at all. Is clenbuterol for women the fat burning and muscle mass increasing solution that you've been looking for? Keep on reading this post to find out. In it, we'll cover what it is, how it works, the potential side effects, and so much more. What Is Clenbuterol? First of all, let's take a look at what clenbuterol actually is before we get into its side effects and proper dosage techniques. Interestingly enough, clenbuterol was first created to help to manage the symptoms of asthma. This is because it belongs to the beta2-agonist drug class, which help to dilate the bronchial muscles. However, many people also use clenbuterol to help them to lose weight and build muscles. It can help you to cut away extra fat and water that can cover up your muscles, making it hard to get the kinds of visual results and gains that you're looking for. In fact, it directly binds to the hormone receptors in your adrenal glands, specifically targeting the hormone epinephrine (aka adrenaline.) You likely get a surge of adrenaline every time you push yourself harder in the gym, or even when you're faced with a "fight or flight" situation. That response is directly tied to your kidneys and adrenal glands, and causes a sudden secretion of the epinephrine hormone. This is because your body is giving you a rush of the hormones to help you to think quickly in a stressful situation. Specifically, this rush of a high amount of epinephrine into the bloodstream boosts your metabolism. Clenbuterol also clings to the cells in the muscle that help our bodies to start the protein synthesis process. So, when you take clenbuterol (or "clen" as it's sometimes called in bodybuilding circles) you won't just lose body more body fat. You'll also boost your metabolism, which can keep you burning fat all day long. Plus, your body will keep lean muscle tissue strong. Additionally, clen speeds up the oxygen flow throughout your body. This helps to boost your energy, so you can push through much harder workouts. Clenbuterol for Women It's no secret that more women are getting into bodybuilding than ever before. After all, it's hard to resist that Wonder Woman physique, and many women find that focusing on cardio alone just doesn't give them the results that they want. So, what about taking clenbuterol for women? It's one of the most popular options out there for women who need to gain muscle mass quickly. Think about it: men have a metabolism that's actually 5-10% faster than that of most women, which is why it always seems much easier for men to get gains and lose weight. Because clen actually works to speed up the body's metabolism, it's a wonderful solution for women. So, women who take clenbuterol won't just lose weight at a much more rapid pace than they normally would. They'll also notice an overall increase in their energy levels. Best of all? Clenbuterol, unlike many other products on the market today, doesn't turn into testosterone. While taking products that convert to testosterone or already contain levels of testosterone will help women to get results? They'll also see unwanted side effects like faster hair growth, a bulkier muscle mass, and even changes in the deepness of the voice. With clenbuterol, women don't have to worry about any of these things. Instead, they'll see all of the benefits of testosterone, without the annoying side effects. What Is the Recommended Clenbuterol Dosage for Women? So, how much clenbuterol should women take if they want to get awesome results? If you're just getting started, we feel that a good beginner clenbuterol dosage for women is about 20 milligrams per day. While this is on the low side, it will also give you a good opportunity to understand exactly how your body responds to clen. No matter what you're taking, that's always a smart move. Remember that cycling is also a part of getting the ideal clenbuterol for women dosage. Your cycles should last for no more than six weeks. After week one, you can start gradually increasing the amount of clen that you take. For example, on the second day, you can take about 40mg, and on the third day, you can take 60mg. Keep increasing your daily dosage by about 20mg each day, and stop once you hit 140mg. Then, go ahead and cycle back down, taking 20mg fewer each time. Then, you can begin the process all over again. The Potential Side Effects of Clenbuterol Liquid for Women While we certainly wish we could tell you that you won't experience any side effects while taking clenbuterol for women, that often isn't the case. However, remember that the number and intensity of the side effects you experience will vary from woman to woman. Some might experience an off-putting amount, while others will barely notice much of anything. In a word, listen to your body, and cycle back down a bit earlier if you feel you need to. One of the most common side effects of taking clenbuterol are symptoms that are somewhat similar to the flu. This is very common when you first start taking clen, but should go away or lessen after a few weeks. You might experience shaking, soreness, a cough, and even a headache. Take a look at this list of common flu-like symptoms to learn more about what to expect. You may also experience a depletion in the overall levels of potassium in your body. Luckily, this is one of the easier fixes out there! All you need to do is take a potassium supplement. You can also check out supplements made specifically for women that help to metabolize fat, increase your muscle strength, and help to improve circulation. Don't worry -- it won't negatively interact with the clen in any way. So, what's the side effect of clen that most women will experience? Insomnia. After all, clenbuterol is a form of a stimulant, and it's more than a little stronger than your morning cup of joe. The good news is that, once your body becomes a bit more used to having clen in its system, you shouldn't experience much insomnia any longer. You can try to take it as early as possible in the morning to make it easier to fall asleep at night. Remember, if you can make it through the first few weeks, the payoff will be huge. The Benefits of Clenbuterol for Women We've briefly covered how clenbuterol works, and why it's a good option for women who don't want to run the risk of dealing with an influx of testosterone in the body. Remember that, unlike a traditional calorie deficit diet, when you take clen, you're not at risk for losing muscle mass. This is because clen works to preserve the muscles you've worked so hard to build. This is because it gives your body tons of anti-catabolic benefits, so protein synthesis is at an all-time high in the body. Another way that clen helps you to side-step that calorie deficit? By giving you much more energy than you'd normally have. If you're starving yourself to diet, there's just no way you're going to be able to get yourself to the next level in the gym. But because clen gives you a shot of energy, you'll be in great shape. More Clenbuterol Tips Now that you have a much better understanding of the benefits of clenbuterol for women, and information on the correct dosage for your needs? Let's make sure that you know what else to look out for when you decide to start taking it. Stay Hydrated First of all, it's important to remember that you're going to need to update your diet when you start taking clen. Though all athletes and bodybuilders are serious about what they eat, you'll need to take extra precautions around clen. Many people state that they've experienced more serious levels of dehydration when taking clen. So, the most important part of your diet will be your water intake. The standard 8-10 glasses per day rule may not be quite enough. Especially since you'll likely be hitting the gym even harder than usual, you'll need to drink much more water than you normally would. While energy drinks can help, make sure that they don't contain high levels of sugar. Other things you might want to consider avoiding drinking when taking clen? Alcohol and coffee. The latter, especially within the earlier stages of taking clen, will make it even tougher for you to fall asleep at night. You can try to go back to a cup a day once your sleep patterns are back under control. Alcohol will make it tough for you to maintain high energy levels -- and it's not exactly going to help you to keep lean, either. Go dry during your cycles for best results. Scrutinize Your Diet Earlier in this post, we mentioned that taking clenbuterol liquid for women could lead to a deficiency in the levels of potassium in the body. In addition to taking supplements for potassium, we also suggest that you add a few potassium-rich foods to your diet. So, what sorts of things should you be snacking on? Sweet potatoes are a delicious addition to any salad, and have an extremely high potassium content. When you need a quick snack to boost your levels, you can reach for bananas, oranges, or even apricots. Melons like cantaloupe and honeydew are also excellent potassium-rich fruits. We also suggest upping your intake of peas, cucumbers, mushrooms, and even prunes and dates. When in doubt, just throw some fruits into a blender and make yourself a fabulous smoothie. We also suggest that you increase your intake of leafy greens. This is especially important if you currently deal with conditions like anemia or any other form of iron deficiency. Kale, spinach, and even Swiss chard will all give you the iron that your body needs to get through those hardcore gym days. Finally, make sure that you add female-friendly supplements to your diet. They'll help you to achieve your goals faster, and are a great addition to a clen regimen. Are You Ready to Start Taking Clenbuterol for Women? Building muscle is one of those goals that seems so simple until you try it. You just work out more, right? The reality is far more complicated. Your body is a complex environment and you need to create the right circumstances for it to build muscle. That's why it's so important to do some research if you're serious about finding the fastest way to build muscle. If you're ready to amplify your muscle-building, start with these tips. 1. Push Your Training Volume First and foremost, this is the most important factor in your muscle-building process. You need to work out the right way. One of the biggest mistakes people make when working out is they try to lift too much weight and they tire themselves out after a few reps. That's not a safe weightlifting practice, nor is it productive. In reality, it's the number of reps you do rather than the amount of weight you lift that will accelerate your muscle-building. It's better to use a lower weight that you can lift for four sets of 20 reps than a higher weight you can only lift for two sets of ten reps. Work your way up to more reps and higher weights so you're pushing yourself more and more. 2. Stock Up on Protein This should come as no surprise, but your body needs a lot of protein to build muscle in a hurry. Your body needs the amino acids from protein in order to build muscle, so your muscle growth is limited by how much protein you eat. If you want to build muscle mass fast, you should aim to get 35% of your daily calories from protein. That's not an easy metric to hit, but the closer you can get, the better. How do you know what percentage of your daily calories come from protein? It takes a little math. If you're maintaining a diet of 2000 calories per day, 700 of those calories should come from protein. Each gram of protein contains 4 calories. This means that for a 2000-calorie-per-day diet, you should aim for 175 grams of protein. Speaking of calories, it's also crucial to make sure that you're maintaining a calorie surplus rather than a calorie deficit. When you have a calorie deficit, your body can't build muscle as well. 3. Take It Slow In any given lifting exercise, there's a "hard" motion and an "easy" motion. For instance, in a bicep curl, raising the weight is the "hard' motion and lowering it is the "easy" motion. Most people focus on the more difficult part of the exercise, assuming that's how they'll build muscle. In reality, the easier part of the exercise has a huge impact on your muscle-building too. To make the most of each lift, slow down the easy part of the exercise to make your body work harder during this time. 4. Plan Your Rest Periods Well Speaking of the parts of your workout that most people ignore, let's talk about rest periods. Your resting time between sets has a greater impact on your muscle-building than you realize. Your rest time needs to be long enough that you can recover enough to complete your regimen. At the same time, if it's too long it will cut down on muscle fatigue, limiting your muscle growth. Most experts recommend rest periods between 30 seconds and 90 seconds. It will take some experimenting on your part to see what works best for you. Remember that you can vary your rest times too. Many people take shorter rests at the beginning of their workouts with longer rests later in their workout. 5. Invest in Supplements If you want to fast-track your muscle growth, supplements are an important part of it. There are many types of muscle-building supplements available, so you may want to do some trial and error experiments to see which ones work best for you. Some supplements will help you build muscle directly. Others, like creatine, just allow you to perform better during your workouts so you can work your muscles harder. No matter what supplement you choose, though, remember that you need to accompany it with great workouts to see the effects. 6. Make Your Sleep Work for You Sleep is another one of those underestimated parts of muscle growth. In fact, sleep is when your body actually repairs your muscles and develops your muscle fibers. One reason sleep is so important is the human growth hormone. Your body naturally releases human growth hormone or HGH while you sleep. That HGH is instrumental in muscle growth. The less you sleep, the less HGH your body releases, limiting your muscle growth. If you want to make your sleep work even harder for you, start eating casein protein before bed. Unlike other protein supplements, casein takes longer for your body to metabolize. That means it's supplying you with muscle-building amino acids for long. If you eat casein protein before bed, your body has more amino acids to use while it builds muscle as you sleep. 7. Fuel Mid-Workout We mentioned earlier in this article how important it is to take in a lot of protein while you try to build muscle. For most people that's easier said than done, though. That's why it's a good idea to drink a protein shake during your workout. First, it gives you some extra protein without you trying to fit in another meal or cramming more food into already large meals. Second, it gives you a nice burst of energy and refreshment to help you finish your workout on a high note. Be careful not to drink too large of a shake or to drink it too fast, though. Otherwise, you might upset your stomach and cut your workout short. Try the Fastest Way to Build Muscle! People associate muscles with brute force and power, not planning and calculation. In reality, though, the only way to find the fastest way to build muscle is by doing scientific research. You're lucky in that regard because you can use the research that others have already done.
